experience that allows you to really progress. The explanations are very detailed, the tutorials are great, in addition to the choreography on all the explanations to integrate what you have learned in styling with a leader. It\u2019s also an opportunity to connect with others who share the same passion. Westy Ladies allowed me to perform in front of an audience and to feel proud of it. It was also my best team experience, where each woman brings her unique charm and energy while encouraging her teammates. Westy Ladies gave me the courage to dance a choreography, which I thought was impossible in my case (given my lack of memory). The proposed drills are clear and the progression is well thought out. They help me a lot to develop my technique at the solo level (turns, fluidity of movements, anchoring, partial \/ full \/ delay \u2026), which also greatly improves my connection and my timing as a couple. Finally, the Westy Solo helps me a lot to gain self-confidence and to dare to offer more varied and more assertive styles. I have been fortunate to meet some amazing people who are ready to offer their support and help. Being part of a solo troupe allowed me to work on my self-confidence to allow me to put my embarrassment aside and improve my styling while becoming aware of my body and my movements in dance. I wanted to improve my dance but also to do an activity where I would be independent to practice alone without waiting for a partner. I\u2019ve always been a more curvy woman and I\u2019ve always been conscientious about it. But Flora never made me feel less of a dancer or less deserving because of my form. I found a deep acceptance of who I am and a real openness to everyone. There is no false nice to Flore, only her, a real genuine person who is kind to everyone because she is built that way.
