exp\u00e9rience qui permet de vraiment progresser. Les explications sont tr\u00e8s d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, les tutos sont supers, en plus de la chor\u00e9graphie on a toutes les explications pour int\u00e9grer ce que l'on a appris en styling avec un leader. C'est aussi l'occasion d'entrer en relation avec d'autres qui partagent la m\u00eame passion. Westy Ladies m'a permis de performer devant public et d'en ressentir de la fiert\u00e9. Ce fut aussi ma plus belle exp\u00e9rience d'\u00e9quipe, o\u00f9 chaque femme apporte son charme et son \u00e9nergie unique tout en encourageant ses co\u00e9quipi\u00e8res. Westy Ladies m'a donn\u00e9 le courage de danser une chor\u00e9graphie, ce que je croyais impossible dans mon cas (\u00e9tant donn\u00e9 mon manque de m\u00e9moire). The proposed drills are clear and the progression is well thought out. They help me a lot to develop my technique at the solo level (turns, fluidity of movements, anchoring, partial \/ full \/ delay \u2026), which also greatly improves my connection and my timing as a couple. Finally, the Westy Solo helps me a lot to gain self-confidence and to dare to offer more varied and more assertive styles. J\u2019ai eu la chance de rencontrer des personnes extraordinaires qui sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 offrir leur soutient et leur aide. Faire parti d\u2019une troupe solo m\u2019a permis de travailler sur ma confiance en moi pour me permettre de mettre ma g\u00eane de c\u00f4t\u00e9 et am\u00e9liorer mon styling tout en prenant conscience de mon corps et de mes mouvements dans la danse. I learned to stage myself, to see real improvement in both chorea and my wcs dance in general! Je voulais am\u00e9liorer ma danse mais aussi faire une activit\u00e9 o\u00f9 je serais ind\u00e9pendante de pratiquer seule sans attendre de partenaire. J'ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 une femme plus courb\u00e9e et j'ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 consciencieuse \u00e0 ce sujet. Mais flore ne m'a jamais fait me sentir moins danseuse ou moins m\u00e9ritante \u00e0 cause de ma forme. J'ai trouv\u00e9 une profonde acceptation de qui je suis et une r\u00e9elle ouverture \u00e0 chacun. Il n'y a pas de faux gentil avec Flore, seulement elle, une vraie personne authentique qui est gentille avec tout le monde parce qu'elle est construite de cett efa\u00e7on. The exercises are glued to the choreography and allow you to progress. Flore knows how to motivate the \u201cteam\u201d thanks to her enthusiasm and her presence throughout our training through live performances and personalized advice. Mais c\u2019est aussi une forme d\u2019empowerment; un processus \u00e0 travers lequel j\u2019am\u00e9liore mes capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 m\u2019affirmer, tant dans ma danse que dans ma vie. Flore Berne sait trouver le juste \u00e9quilibre entre la rigueur technique et le respect des limites de chacun(e). C\u2019est aussi une femme rassembleuse qui cr\u00e9e une belle complicit\u00e9 entre les membres de son \u00e9quipe.
