The terms of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the Westy Solo Team project.
Any service implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale.
2. Product presentation
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Videos” section of our site. The photographs are not contractual. Phil and Flore cannot be held liable if errors occur. All texts and images presented on the Westy Solo Team site are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
3. Period of validity of sales offers
Distance training is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
4. Product prices
The “Videos” section of the website shows prices in US dollars, all taxes included. Phil and Flore reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered.
No discount will be granted for early payment.
5. Payment terms
Payment for orders is made by PayPal or credit card
6. Withdrawal period
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of online lessons or training (you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has started with your agreement www.service-public.fr).
